US Domestic Shipping

Please note that we are a small business that produces handcrafted, all natural & preservative free beverages made to order. This means that your order will be produced just for you when it is received, so our processing time is a bit longer than other larger businesses. You can expect your order to ship within 3-5 business days, unless you hear from us otherwise. Please let us know if you need your order expedited, as that can be accommodated on a case by case basis. Thank you for shopping our woman-owned small business!

International Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns

The products produced for you are perishable items. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns and all sales are final. If you have an issue with your order, we can make it up to you In a number of ways. We ask that you please contact us immediately upon receiving your order so we can start the conversation of resolving your concerns.

Disclaimer

All orders must be paid in full and picked up by the designated date provided in order to guarantee freshness. Orders not picked up by the designated date will forfeit your original payment and will be donated.
